Meet Our Founder

Elsa Yong CA (Singapore), FCCA

Elsa is a certified accountant with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, costing, taxation, auditing and finance. She spent the majority of her career in senior accountancy positions in multinational companies in Singapore, primarily in the healthcare industry.

In 2016, Elsa took the entrepreneurial decision to leave the corporate world and set up her own accountancy, tax and advisory firm to serve small businesses that lacked the accounting and tax knowledge they needed to remain compliant with Singapore's regulations and to scale their businesses. At PCS, she now leads a team of experts who help her clients grow their businesses and improve their profits.

Elsa is passionate about providing service from the heart, which is why clients of PCS don't just get accounting services but a partner in their business who helps them understand their numbers and bridge gaps so that they are positioned to scale.

Going beyond the traditional accounting role, Elsa specialises in helping small businesses to systemise their operations, automate their processes and simplify their accounting documentation and filing.

She graduated from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (CA Singapore).
